I attended the small gathering 100-150 on thursday and listened to mcintosh speak. i must say i was very disapointed. the thing that irked me the most was that he wasnt against socialised health care he just had an alternative plan. if it aint broke dont fix it.

18.5% of u.s. inhabitants dont have health care of that 18.5%…. 20%  are here illegaly they are not citizens, of the remaining actual citizens 30% are already on medicade or medicare another 30% qualify for medicare or medicade but are just too stupid or to lazy to fill out the paper work. another 30% are families or individuals who make more than 50,000 dollars a year (mainly younger folks who do not think they need health care)

so 14.8 percent are legal citizens minus 30%  who are on governement assistance minus 30% who are too stupid to figure out how to get on government assisatnce minus 30% who are people that can afford it but dont bother that leaves 1.6% of the population roughly 5 million people are legitimatly uninsured. so were going to spend 1 trillion (conservative figure) to fix a problem that affects 5 million people. for the sakes of those 5 million people we are going to screw up the system so much that we will have to wait 6 months to get a dr.s visit. for the sake of 5 million were going to ration out life saving medications and procedures.

and the best thing opponents are able to come up with is an alternative socialised health care…………………WTF

i dont want alternatives i want someone to ram these figures down the throats of the american people i want the average citizen to be spoon fed these figures until hes so sick of them he has to regurgitate them to other citizens. this falacy has to be brought into the open offering alternative ideas is the same as voting for the original.
