5000 FOR A USED GOLF CART…..REALLY

wouldnt making these people walk from one station to another make them healthier and therefor a smaller risk for insurance? wouldnt that lower the insurance cost?

its amasing how these little things get buy in the cities budget. lets see 83,333 households thats 6 sents a household all so some over weight flood control cronie can check the meters in a more timely and lazy way.

ther are 31 sites to check id be intersted in knwing how long it took befor and how long it now takes and then i would want to know what does this guy do with his extra time….does he take extra breaks now? how about giving this guy a used bike with trailer that would be about 100 dollars.
