Really it gives the police more rights to your home then you do…….so its bad enough you are either paying someone elses mort or your own not to mention the conscious or subconscious demoralization not really owning your property causes now you no longer even have a right to the process of obtaining a warrant. Personally ive developed a hopeful but mostly cynical view of whats happening to our liberties. From what i understand we should be based on a system of punitive justice not pre emptive crime prevention because it eventually chokes out personal liberty
